60 Seconds: For What Do You Have Deep Affection?

Episode Notes
Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is 60 Seconds, your daily dose of hope, imagination, wisdom, stories, practical tips, and general riffing on this and that.
The best obituaries are not a roll call of achievements and accomplishments. The best obituaries reveal what the loved one had deep affection for.
For the better part of my life my 3 wishes have been the same: Purpose, Prosperity, Partner. Purpose to do the good work I was called or sent here to do that would live on in the world once I was gone. Prosperity of coin, of course, but also health, relationships, opportunity, adventure, and so on. Partners are those like-minded souls who want to create with me, the ones who – when you say your truth – gravitate to you like filings to a magnet.
At the end of the day I imagine we all have a deep affection for something to do, someone to love, something to hope for.
Question: Does life get any better than that?
