When you relax your body you relax your mind and still all thoughts. Feelings come and go like clouds in a breezy sky. When you relax your mind you relax your spirit and feel peaceful, calm.
Practical Tip: Take a few moments to relax your whole Be-ing letting go of past regrets, future worries, and dwell right here, right now in the present moment .
