60 Seconds for Story Prompt Friday: Your Life Purpose Is Waiting to be Told!

Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is 60 Seconds for Story Prompt Friday with questions carefully chosen to help you collect stories in the oral tradition or spark your own writing. Either way, you’ll say, “Thanks for the memories.”
Maybe you, too, are sensing the fierce urgency of time passing. Maybe you’re asking what important task still needs my attention?
Recently I attended Leanne Babcock’s Life Purpose workshop working with Leanne as the skillful guide, a small group of women, and a buddy to craft a life purpose statement. As in, My life purpose is ….
After decades of being denied a voice I named all those past years as Prologue to my story, I let go of the fear of using my voice, and created this: “My Life Purpose is using my voice to help others untangle their knots and walk together into wholeness.”
Story Prompt: What might be your Divinely ordained life purpose? What do you stand for? How does that inform your work? Write that story!
Practical Tip: The magic of stories is also in the sharing. If you wish share your story with someone or something. All that matters is you have a story.
This is the place to thrive together. Come for the stories – stay for the magic. Speaking of magic, I hope you’ll subscribe, share a nice shout out on your social media or podcast channel of choice, and join us next time!
