60 Seconds for Story Prompt Friday: Water Dragons and a New Life.

A few days ago my friend and Linked In colleague, David E. Marlow asked folks how their week went, how was it wrestling with the dragon.

I gave David’s question some thought before thanking him for his provocative post and adding my voice to the collective, like so: “As a (Chinese Zodiac) Water Dragon I find that it works better for me when we – Dragon and me – find ways to splash together. In the recent splashing – which can get quite vigorous given the size of my dragon – I realized that it is time to become wild and free, fierce and strong, beckoning the life I am meant to live, not fitting my life into something I’m not.”
