Let’s say you’re feeling pretty hopeful about the way you’re living your life. You’ve come to terms with the craziness, the unbalanced, the almost out-of-whack parts of you and that’s okay! Perhaps this feeling of deep down acceptance encourages you to be more … you.

What else might you do to strengthen your belief in yourself today, to further your relationship with yourself, to boost the power of you? Take out a piece of paper and begin to write freely and easily all those many things you’ve accomplished, the goals you’ve achieved, the deadlines you’ve met, the disappointments you’ve faced, the obstacles you’ve overcome. Keep your paper handy and read it out loud whenever your belief in yourself gets shaken.

Story Prompt: “Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.”  [~Thomas A. Edison]   How have you succeeded because you refused to give up? Write that story!
