Awareness is a funny thing because it sets us on a path to freedom. Awareness is that first step when we understand how we’ve been going in circles and that to stop means we are the change we seek. Change in our grasp creates a sense of freedom. Now we can begin to see the opportunities that open up. What comes with opportunity? Choice.

Practical Tip: When all is said and done you have your freedom today! That freedom comes with the opportunity to choose a new way of being.
