Just when you think it can’t get any worse, it does. I don’t need to remind anyone who’s listening because we all feel it. Now what?

I don’t know how electricity works. I can’t see it until it shows up in a lightbulb; but I believe it’s there.

I don’t know how faith works; but I believe in “the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” [Hebrews 11 King James version] because faith has helped me hang on through many a wretched spot.

What I do know is this: there are opportunities yet to manifest; what they are, where they will come from, or even how they will arrive is yet to be seen.

Practical Tip. When you’re feeling like there’s no hope for it – no matter the reason – hang on. “When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hang on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn.” [Harriet Beecher Stowe] How do I know? I don’t. But it does. Guaranteed!
