Today we are celebrating Episode Number 500 since our official launch on 3rd April in COVID20. That’s just 20 short months ago. Look how far we’ve all come in that time: stories, time outs, wisdom, insights, travels to distant places, practical tips, inspiration, motivation, vulnerability, personal development, wonderful guests, and global community!

I’m here because you’re there. You motivate me!
